Temperature correction method for dielectric response of high moisture content and aging degree oil impregnated paper based on segmented activation energy

Frequency Domain Spectroscopy (FDS) is widely used to estimate oil–paper insulation. The high moisture and long aging change the FDS characteristics of insulating oil–paper, so normalization processing required. Still, choice single activation energy needs further research. This paper studies characteristic insulation samples with different degrees improves traditional temperature correction method. enhanced Arrhenius model uses segmented make normalized curve coincide better target curve, error reduced. In addition, verify method’s effectiveness, this proposes an iterative process. It corrects tan δ-f bushing time 800 h based on energy, overall effect improved.
